TURKISH COFFEE BROWNİE

PREPARATION;

Take butter, chocolate, cocoa, and Turkish coffee in a glass bowl and melt in a bain-marie.
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a mixing bowl.
Add the eggs, granulated, sugar, and vanilla in a separate mixing bowl and mix with a mixer for 4 minutes.
When the egg mixture has a smooth consistency, add the chocolate mixture you melted using bain-marie and continue mixing.
Add the flour mix into this mixture and continue blending at the same speed with the mixer. Then, line a 20×20 baking dish with greaseproof paper.
Pour the brownie mortar you prepared into this bowl and smooth it out with a spatula—Bake in the preheated oven at 175° for about 35 minutes.
